Shipping Policy:

Our website currently offers free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000.

All Cash on Delivery orders are an additional of Rs. 50 per order.

We work along with Fedex, Delhivery and First Flight & other logistic companies to ensure that your orders reach on time but any delay or misplacement of package by the courier companies is not in our hands. If this does occur we will try our best to help resolve the issue and to make sure the package reaches you fast.

Shipping time:

All orders have a standard delivery time of 3 – 7 business days* . Incase you need one of our products with expedited deliver you can email us on or call us on the given number and we will definitely try and help you out!

For all those in New Delhi you can also pop by our store in HKV to pick up the product directly.

Do note that in some cities across India there may be an Octroi charge or other government charge on your order, and this must be borne by the buyer at the time of delivery. The courier company will collect the Octroi amount from you at the time of delivery.

Please carefully have a look at the product information and sizes before ordering so that we can insure that you receive the correct product and size for your pet. In case you are confused please feel free to write or call us and we will be happy to help you out.

Cancellations by Red Paws Shop

Red Paws Shop has the right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by You

In case of requests for order cancellations, Red Paws Shop reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Red Paws Shop has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Red Paws Shop and accept Red Paws Shop’s decision regarding the cancellation.

If there is a problem with your order please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product on We will respond to your email and send you a reference number.

Please remember we do not give refunds on any items at all, only exchange or store credit is allowed. If there is any fault in your order please notify us immediately so we can help you out. If you want to exchange any item you will have to courier back the item to be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of Exchange Notification email from our team. Products sent back to us after these 7 days we will not be able to exchange.

For a exchange to be valid the goods being exchanged need to be in their original condition, brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached and in resell-able condition.

If the purchase price of goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods is less than that of the returned goods no refund will be given; and if the goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods exceed that of the returned goods the difference will be borne by the purchaser. So please make sure that the total amount of the goods returned is same or more than the total amount of the new goods that you are purchasing.

Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs on exchanged items. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.

Due to hygiene and health reasons, no returns and exchanges can be accepted on certain items including Toys, beds, bakery items, clothes, accessories, brushes, food, oral and dental care goods and clearance/sale items. These items are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged for any reason. We apologize for the inconvenience.


We will happily exchange a defective product or a wrong item that has been shipped out. Please notify us via email on within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. We will respond to your email and exchange the products at the earliest.
